Did my redesigned walking route today, had to pass the Comox Pentecostal Church, which I did rapidly. Judging from the parking lot, the place looked busy, and I didn't want to be around when they're calling down The Spirit, or what ever it is they like to do.
Also tried a mobile app that counts steps. Don't really need it, since I'd long ago figured that in my case, 4 miles equals a little more than 10,000 steps.
