Oct. 19th, 2014 04:43 pmI had to go to my mobile phone provider's Customer Service number today. Usual thing, they give you a menu, with main areas of interest, Billing, Tech Support and so on. Then there are sub options. None of the options remotely described what I wanted to do. No others were provided.
This kind of thing is plain crazy making!
Finally, by going somewhere by choosing a sub option that seemed opposite to where I wanted to go, I found a person who happily told me I was in the right place, and I had my query seen to.
Got lucky, before I 'rage quit', I guess.
