From a great height.

 Why is it, when a scene in a tv show has an actor crash through a ceiling, or get coshed on the head from behind, he or she falls down and lies there as though pleasantly asleep? They never look all freaked out. If I fell through a ceiling to the floor below, I'd be a mess!
